PSoC cable I is a cheap ISSP programmer for PSoC microcontrollers from CYPRESS. It is connected to PC by Centronics connector, with microcontroller it is communicateing by 10-pin connector. Programmer is working with free CYP Software.

Programming Mode
PSoC Microcontrollers can be programming in two modes:

PowerOn - by connecting power supply to microcontroller (without XRES signal). Mode that is recommended to programme microcontrollers outside the system by ISSPzif. All PSoCs can be programming in this mode.
-
RESET - by using XRESS signal. In this mode microcontroller should be powered. Mode that is recommended to programme microcontrollers in system. This mode is not available in PSoCs with 8-pin package.
