PLDcable II is a cheap programmer for Xilinx PLD devices (CPLDs, FPGAs, and configuration memories). It is compatibile with Parallel Cable III. Programmer is connected to PC through parallel port, connection with target circuit is done through standard 10-pin IDC connector.
