Department of PCB manufacturing was divided into groups, this solution gives professional service ability for each one group of quantity range:
- "PROTOX" prototype manufacturing (up to 20dm2);
- small quantity series (20-50dm2);
- quantity series (50-100dm2);
- quantity series (<100dm2);

The PROPOX specialization are prototype and small quantity production series, for one, two and multi layer. We maintain close contact and cooperation with our Asian production partners, due to this reason we can manufacture even high quantity series. The commintment in continuous improvement of relations with our contractors has given "high trust" benefits, which we have received from our customers: manufacturers of farmaceutical, automotive, air and military brands as well as leaders of manufacturing integrated circuits: Texas Instruments, Silicon Labs, National Semiconductor, STmicroelectronic.

In the range of PCB manufacturing You will find:
- single layer boards;
- pth double sided boards;
- multilayer boards(up to 12 layers);
- pcbs with heatsinks;
- soldermasks applied with curtain and silkscreen method(available various colors, default color green);
- copper plating;
- plating: chemical , HAL leadfree, HAL SnPbAg;
- legends applied with silkscreen and photo method;
- electrical test of conductivity 100%: fixture and flying;
- AOI(automatic optical inspection), VISION SOLUTION;
- additonal coats: graphite, rubber;
- CNC milling: drilling, routing and scoring (v-cut);
- diamont cutting;
- front panel screen printing;
- SMD stencils for smd assembling (tin, glue) (drilled, etched, laser);
- design of PCB and manufacturing implementation;

"PROTOX" Manufacturing of PCB
 
We are supporting construstors of electronics. To give chance to bring ideas into real world we have prepared solution "PROTOX". This idea allow to connect few prototype projects into one task. Additionally gives possibility to manufacture single prototypes with area bellow 20dm2. You must concider that costs reduction in this manufacture process cause that production documentation can not be used once more. In the situation that prototype will be accepted for manufacture in series documentation for this type of manufacturing process must be prepared.

Technological requirements of "PROTOX":
- min. panel size: 20 dm2;
- manufacture time:2-4 weeks;
- single layer boards;
- pth double sided boards;
- multi layer baords (4-6 weeks);
- min. diameter of holes: 0,3mm;
- min. width of trakcs:6mills;
- min. clerance of tracks: 6mills;
- min. pad - hole size: 6mills;

- single, double and multilayer boards;

- type of laminates: FR4, CEM-1, High Tg, high power dissipation(ALU);
- thickness of laminates: 0,2mm - 3,2mm;
- thickness of copper: 18um - 105um;
- holes diameters: 0,3 - 6,0mm;
- pth in the hole: aprox. 25um;
- max. board dimensions: 610mm x 570mm;
- width of components legend : 8-12mills (200um-300um);
- min. track width: 6mills (150um), high quantity 4mills (102um);
- min. tracks clearance: 6mills (150um), high quantity 4mills (102um);
- min. pad-hole size: 5mills (130um);
- min. pads clearance: 4mills (100um);
- increased size of pas unmasking field: 4mills (100um);
- min. clearance of hole from conductor on the inside layers: 8mills (200um);
