To meet requirements of our customers we have created Computer Numerical Conttrolled Milling Department. We have in the offer engrawing milling and drilling, performed on 3 axis automatic units.

We have putted into operation integrated CNC Production System. To acieve expectations of ISO 9001:2000 we have designed spread control system. This solution gives us ability to manufacture complicated parts in relatively short time.
The CAD/CAM system based solutions give us this additional possibility of (PDT) Project Data Transfer.
We have prepared possibility to transfer PDT via internet Digital Documentation and to manufacture Yours devices parts based on this documentation.

We are offering machining in materials: plastics( plexiglass, PCV, PP, ABS, PET, ebonite, itp. ), and metals ( bronze, brass, copper, aluminum).

In the range of CNC department specjalization are included:
- prototype PCB;
- front panels of customer devices;
- description and nominal plates;
- device envelope ventilating holes;
- assembly holes;
- milling of envelopes to support connectors, displays, etc.
In the additional rangeCNC department offers production of:
- cams;
- plaps;
- tooth gears;
- envelopes milled from solid materials;
- stencils for applying solder paster and glue;
- common stencils for screen printers;

- Exhaust (local cleaning of working area)
